Lady complains

There's a lady in Atlanta that has been complaining about noise from a restaurant located behind her house. She says the partying at the eatery keeps her awake at night.

The restaurant has been fined in municiapal court for violating noise levels.

Now get this: the restaurant has been there for 40 years, and the lady bought the house 2 years ago. No one likes to be kept awake at night, but didn't she do her homework before buying the house? Couldn't she have figured out that a restaurant catering to wedding parties, etc., might get a bit noisy at times?
