Ah-nold wants to borrow

Calilfornia Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is acting more and more like a democrat.

According to the LA Times, he wants to borrow billions of dollars -- $43.3 billion to be exact. Whatever happened to balanced budgets, pay as you go?
