What makes the Ruskies so bad?

I'm sure the terrorists in Iraq are really scared about this tidbit from a Philadelphia TV station: "President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday ordered Russia's special services to hunt down the killers of four Russian hostages in Iraq, the Kremlin said."

I would think they had enough of Islamists after getting their butts kicked in Afghanistan.
